This idea started in March 2009 as a result of our interest and knowledge in catering and organic farming, with the aim to open a restaurant in the centre of Valencia where one can savour creative haute cuisine using high quality organic products.

We wanted to experience the food process from start to finish, using seasonal products that are grown naturally and without pesticides. We believe that this way, we are preserving the natural flavours of our beautifully presented dishes.

We also wanted to create a sustainable project that had a minimum impact on both the development of bio catering and the production of organic produce which we developed on our farm.
